Directions: Take the interstate to downtown Nashville and exit at Charlotte Pike. Take Charlotte Pike West (away from downtown.) You will pass the Red Cross on the left. The next street is 23rd Avenue. Turn left. Go one block and the entrance to the hospital is on the right. Park in the underground garage and take the elevators to the 1st floor. Sign in at Patient Registration next to the white gazebo.

Directions: Follow the above directions to Centennial Medical Center. Take the Physicians Park Building elevators in the hospital parking garage to the 5th floor.
BAPTIST HOSPITAL
2000 Church Street
Directions: Take the interstate to downtown Nashville and exit at Church Street. Follow Church Street away from downtown to 20th Avenue. Take a left and park in the Mid-State Medical Building Parking Garage. Take the garage elevator to the 8th floor. Upon exiting the elevator, turn to your right, then immediately to your left. You will go down a long hall with several windows and plants. At the end of the hall, you must turn right and go to the end of that hall. There are closed doors with signs on the doors stating "Endoscopy Lab". Push the automatic door button located on your right. Go through the doors and go to the main desk in the center of the unit.
